LiGHT M3M0RY 2017 was installed for a one-night party in a 5-story Midtown Manhattan apartment building slated for demolition in 2017. This popup event occupied all five floors of the building, with each floor having a different theme. Each floor represented one of the five senses. studioSPACEnyc was asked to  participate with the notion of “tactioception” (the sense of touch) in mind. With this request, studioSPACEnyc installed a temporary string + light interactive installation for the 300+ guests at the event.
